At xoorii, we want you to love what you ordered. If a piece doesn't fit or look quite the way you imagined, we are here to help you get it sorted.
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a 7-day window from the date your package is delivered.
1. Eligibility Criteria
For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

Time Frame: The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Unworn, Untorn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, untorn, unwashed and free of any alterations.

Tags Attached: All original “xoorii” tags, labels, and wash care must remain fully intact and attached to the garment.

No Marks, Stains or Scents: Items must be free from makeup, body odour, deodorant stains, perfume, fabric fresheners, other stains, dust or pet hair.

Original Packaging: Return the item in its original shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take immense pride in our quality control but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@xoori.com within 4 days of delivery with un-boxing video and photos of the issue. We will fast-track a replacement.
The Step-by-Step Return Process
We’ve kept our process straightforward so you can get your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

Put Your Request: Visit our Returns Portal (link here) and enter your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package: Place the item carefully back into its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Wait for the Pickup: "Our delivery partner will contact you for pickup and may perform a quality check during collection."
4.Inspection & Processing: Takes 3-5 business days.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets our criteria, your exchange will ship out, or your refund/store credit will be processed immediately.
