1. Order Preparation & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order placement. 

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order in cases of verification issues, stock unavailability, or incomplete order information. 

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location. 

  • Delivery to remote locations may require additional transit time. 

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions may affect delivery schedules. 

  • Delivery dates are estimated and should not be considered guaranteed timelines. 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. 

  • From time to time, Xoorii may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns. 

  • Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available for eligible locations across India. 

  • Certain orders may require verification through SMS, phone call, or email before dispatch. 

  • Orders that remain unverified may be canceled at our discretion. 

  • Customers with a history of rejected COD orders may become ineligible for COD on future purchases. 

5. Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking link and shipment details will be shared once the order has been handed over to our courier partner. 

  • Customers can monitor the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided. 

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our support team. 

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of ordering. 

  • Xoorii will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details. 

  • Any additional courier charges incurred due to incorrect information may be recovered from the customer. 

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your package. 

  • If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. 

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
