We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a 7-day window from the date your package is delivered.
Eligibility Criteria
For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
- Time Frame: The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Unworn, Untorn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, untorn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.
- Tags Attached: All original Xoorii tags, labels, and wash care tags must remain fully intact and attached to the garment.
- No Marks, Stains or Scents: Items must be free from makeup, body odour, deodorant stains, perfume, fabric fresheners, other stains, dust, or pet hair.
- Original Packaging: Return the item in its original shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.
- Only Size Exchange: Items would be exchanged for size change, not for product change.

- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take immense pride in our quality control, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@xoorii.com within 4 days of delivery with an un-boxing video and photos of the issue. We will fast-track a replacement.

Inspection & Processing:
Takes 3–5 business days.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets our criteria, your exchange will ship out, or your refund/store credit will be processed immediately.
