Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Xoorii, we want you to love what you ordered. If a piece doesn't fit or look quite the way you imagined, we are here to help you get it sorted.

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within a 7-day window from the date your package is delivered.

Eligibility Criteria

For a return or exchange to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:

• Time Frame: The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Unworn, Untorn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, untorn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.
• Tags Attached: All original Xoorii tags, labels, and wash care tags must remain fully intact and attached to the garment.
• No Marks, Stains or Scents: Items must be free from makeup, body odour, deodorant stains, perfume, fabric fresheners, other stains, dust, or pet hair.
• Original Packaging: Return the item in its original shipping bag to prevent damage during transit.
• Only Size Exchange: Items would be exchanged for size change, not for product change.

Please Note

• Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take immense pride in our quality control, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@xoorii.com within 4 days of delivery with an un-boxing video and photos of the issue. We will fast-track a replacement.

The Step-by-Step Return Process

We've kept our process straightforward so you can get your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

1. Put Your Request:
   Visit our Returns Portal (link here) and enter your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.


2. Prepare the Package:
   Place the item carefully back into its original packaging with all tags attached.


3. Wait for the Pickup:
   Our delivery partner will contact you for pickup and may perform a quality check during collection.


4. Inspection & Processing:
   Takes 3–5 business days.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets our criteria, your exchange will ship out, or your refund/store credit will be processed immediately.
